I have the right to edit my Terms at any time.
Make sure my style fits your idea. I do NOT copy other artists artstyle.
These commissions are for Personal Use Only. If you want a commission for Commercial Purposes you will be charged properly, getting options for use the illustration whatever you want.
I have all the rights to post any commission on my social media, using as portfolio or anything I want.
ㅤ⤷ I'll ask if you want to be tagged/mentioned on the post or not. Except for private commissions.
ㅤ⤷ If your request is to be a gift or want me to wait until a certain date for I post, just tell me.
ㅤ⤷ If you don’t want me to post, you can pay for an exclusive/private commission.
You’re free to share your commission anywhere you want as long as you don’t remove my signature.

ㅤ ＣＯ Ｍ ＭＩＳＳＩＯＮ    ＣＯＮＴＡＣＴㅤ

Whatever I made any progress on your commission I'll contact you, don't worry.
I will keep the communicating with you sending the WIP and always asking if you want to change / mix / shuffle anything or if I can proceed with the piece, do not be afraid to ask me for changes.
Edits before finishing the sketch phase, probably won't have an additional cost.
So please take your time to be sure of what you want to change before we proceed.
ㅤ⤷ But if you ask for any big edit that require any considerable backstep after confirming the proceeds,
ㅤㅤyou will be charged according to the progress:
ㅤㅤㅤ⤷ +$5 if you request more than 5 changes before the Lineart is finished.
ㅤㅤㅤ⤷ +$10 if you request any changes painting after the Lineart and Flats process.
If you request an OC or character in a different outfit without references images, I’ll treat it as a Character Design Creation request so it will have an additional cost.
If you payed for an Urgent Commission I’ll contact you more often, giving max priority, please be attentive.
ㅤ⤷ But if I don’t get answers and your piece was not finished at time you will not be refunded.



ㅤＰＡＹＭＥＮＴ   &   ＲＥＦＵＮＤㅤ


ㅤ⋅ PAYMENT

You will be charged in US Dollars and the payment is only through Paypal.
The listed prices are base price, there may be additional costs depending on your request.
ㅤ⤷ Feel free to check the possible extra costs here.
Orders over than $200 can be paid 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after the sketch approval.
Orders under $200 the commission only can be paid 100% upfront.
I'll only start your commission after the upfront payments.


ㅤ⋅ REFUND

All refunds will have an automatic PayPal fee discounted in it. ( -8%)
Full refunds will only happen if I haven't started the piece, otherwise you’ll receive a partial refund proper amount according to the progress that has been maded.
You have the right to cancel the order anytime you want, after the contact about the cancellation you will receive a refund accordingly to the commission progress and the unifished files.
I have the right to turn your commission on standby or even cancel if I wanted. If I need to cancel the request you will be contacted and you’ll choose between waiting or getting the refund.
If you cancel the order close to the finished piece, you will NOT be refunded.



ㅤＣＯ Ｍ ＭＩＳＳＩＯＮ    ＰＲＯＣＥＳＳㅤ

I'll always asking you about anything you want between the WIPs for I can proceed your piece.
Don't fear about asking me for some changes, I'll communicate with you during all the process, making sure it's how you want it without needing too many changes in the future.


#1. THUMBNAIL  I'll do 1-4 thumbnails to get your idea more clearly before I initiate the real piece.
#2. SKETCH  Thumbnail refining, it's the base of all the piece, feel free to request me for any changes.
#3. LINEART The linework step without colors. You can still request me for changes.
#4. FLAT  All the base colors, without shading. Last step to make big adjustments without additional cost.
ㅤㅤ ㅤ ㅤ⤷ but don't abuse it, a lot of drastic changes will be charged.
#5. SHADINGS  Last step before the final piece, I'll send the WIP for update you about the final process.
#6. FINISHED  Giving the final touches on the illustration.




ㅤＡＤＤＩＴＩＯＮＡＬㅤ

The final piece is sended as a folder with PNG images ( depending of the order ) via Google Drive.
ㅤ⤷ You can ask me about another sending way if wanted.
Big changes after the finished piece will result in $25~$30 fee according the significative backstep.
The waiting time can be vary depending on delay of your answers, my own process time to draw and any other external influence. I'll try to finish your commission as fast as possible, so please be patient.
ㅤ⤷ If something happens that delays your order I'll keep you informed.
